Can I withdraw JUSD or convert it to cash or another bonus?
No. JUSD itself cannot be withdrawn or exchanged directly for cash or any other bonus. It only works as a tool to refund 50% of your spreads and trading commissions. This refund is sent as real cashback to your trading account.
How much of my trading costs does JUSD cover?
JUSD covers 50% of your spreads and commissions. You can split your JUSD across several trading accounts, and the 50% reduction is applied automatically when you open and close trades.
For commission-free account types (Standard, Pro), JUSD covers 50% of the spread at the moment you open the trade.
For accounts with both spreads and commissions (Raw Spread), JUSD covers 50% of the spread at opening and 50% of the trading commission.
Does JUSD expire?
Yes. Each reward has its own expiry date. You can check expiration details in your Personal Area, in the bonus transactions section of your Reward wallet.
Can I move JUSD back to the Reward wallet?
No. Once you transfer JUSD to a trading account, you cannot move it back to the Reward wallet.
Why can’t I assign JUSD to some trading accounts?
If your profile is not fully verified, some trading accounts will not qualify for JUSD. Complete the identity verification process, then you can assign JUSD to any eligible account.
Where can I see how much cashback I’ve received?
Go to your Personal Area and open the Reward wallet. The “Received cashback” section shows the total cashback you have earned.
