InnoMP, operated by Innovative Market Partner Holdings Limited, offers a USD 30 no-deposit bonus credit to eligible clients in selected Arabic markets. New clients can receive the credit without making a deposit and use it as margin for forex, metals, and commodities trading.
Important rule: Any Profit Withdrawal or Transfer Out removes all remaining bonus credit. An Own-Funds Withdrawal does not remove it.

How the InnoMP USD 30 Bonus Works
InnoMP credits the USD 30 automatically after the client completes KYC and receives account approval. The credit applies to one Standard MT5 Bonus Account only.
The bonus works as trading margin. It isn’t added to the account balance, and clients can’t withdraw or transfer it. The credit also doesn’t count toward the USD 70 profit limit. Clients may deposit their own money into the Bonus Account after receiving the credit. This won’t cancel the bonus or change the profit limit.
Profits from trades held for 3 minutes or less may be cancelled or excluded from withdrawal eligibility. InnoMP may also adjust profits linked to prohibited trading activity.
Withdrawal and Transfer Conditions
InnoMP applies withdrawals to cumulative Client Deposits first. Any amount withdrawn above the client’s total deposits counts as a Profit Withdrawal. If the client hasn’t deposited any money, every withdrawal is treated as a Profit Withdrawal.
| Event | Effect on bonus credit | Effect on USD 70 profit limit |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit into the Bonus Account | Credit remains active | Limit continues to apply to profit |
| Own-Funds Withdrawal | Credit remains active if no profit is withdrawn | Doesn’t count toward the limit |
| Any Profit Withdrawal above USD 0 | Remaining credit is removed in full | The withdrawn profit counts toward the limit |
| Transfer Out of any amount | Remaining credit is removed in full | The rule applies regardless of the source of funds |
| Opening or closing a position | Credit remains active | Eligible profits remain subject to the limit |
| Rejected withdrawal request | Credit remains active | No withdrawal has taken place |
When the InnoMP Bonus Expires or Ends
The promotion has separate expiry periods based on trading activity.
- Cold expiry: If the client doesn’t open a position within 90 calendar days after receiving the credit, the bonus expires on day 91.
- Warm expiry: After the client opens at least one position, the credit expires when no new position is opened for 60 consecutive calendar days. Expiry occurs on day 61 of inactivity. Opening another position before then resets the 60-day period.
- Full use of the credit: If trading losses use up the entire bonus, the promotion ends and InnoMP won’t provide a replacement credit.
- Ineligibility or abuse: InnoMP may remove the credit and review, cancel, or recover related profits if it finds duplicate accounts, ineligible participation, or prohibited activity.
Examples of How the Rules Apply
- If a client trades without depositing and loses part of the credit, a withdrawal request will be rejected when there are no own funds available. The remaining credit stays in the account until the client uses it, loses it, or the bonus expires.
- If a client trades without depositing and earns eligible profit, any withdrawal counts as a Profit Withdrawal. The total eligible withdrawal is limited to USD 70, and processing the request removes the remaining credit.
- Suppose a client deposits USD 100 and later requests USD 130. InnoMP classifies USD 100 as an Own-Funds Withdrawal and USD 30 as a Profit Withdrawal. The USD 30 counts toward the profit limit and removes the remaining bonus credit.
- If the client deposits USD 100, incurs losses, and later withdraws USD 80, the request is an Own-Funds Withdrawal. It doesn’t count toward the profit limit, and the credit remains active.
- Moving money out of the Bonus Account, including to another account held in the client’s name, counts as a Transfer Out. The transfer removes all remaining bonus credit.
Prohibited Trading Activity
InnoMP may disqualify a client, remove the bonus, and cancel or recover related profits if it identifies conduct such as:
- False or inconsistent KYC information
- Multiple accounts or linked devices, IP addresses, or accounts
- Coordinated trading or group activity from the same IP address
- Latency arbitrage or attempts to exploit quote flows
- Round-turn trades held for 3 minutes or less
- VPN or proxy use to bypass eligibility restrictions
A breach of the promotion terms doesn’t automatically remove the client’s deposited funds. InnoMP may cancel or recover profit linked to the violation, while standard withdrawal procedures continue to apply to deposited funds.
Regulation and Checks Before Joining
Innovative Market Partner Holdings Limited is based in Mahe, Seychelles. Public records indicate that the company holds a Securities Dealer License from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), license number SD095.
Seychelles regulation is generally considered an offshore, Tier-3 framework. It provides regulatory oversight, but investor protections are more limited than those available under Tier-1 regulators such as the FCA or ASIC.
InnoMP also uses the domain impgroupltd.com, which doesn’t fully match the disclosed legal entity name. Clients should verify the relationship between the domain and the licensed company before opening an account. Check the company’s current details directly through the Seychelles FSA register before depositing funds beyond the bonus credit.
Points to Review Before Participating
- The minimum holding time is more than 3 minutes, so short-term scalping trades may not produce eligible profit under this promotion.
- A Profit Withdrawal or internal transfer removes any unused bonus credit. Plan the timing of withdrawals carefully.
- The USD 70 cap applies only to profit. It doesn’t limit the return of your own deposited funds.
- The 90-day Cold Expiry and 60-day Warm Expiry periods can remove the credit if you stop trading.
- Review InnoMP’s KYC and withdrawal procedures before depositing personal funds, especially given the company’s offshore regulatory status.
Promotion terms, eligibility requirements, and available markets may change or be extended at InnoMP’s discretion. Confirm the current conditions with InnoMP before registering. The stated promotion period ends on September 30, .
CFDs and leveraged forex products involve a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all deposited funds. The bonus doesn’t protect against losses or guarantee a profit. This article is for informational purposes only and isn’t financial advice.
